Supplementary figure 1 -
Growth of Slc2a3+/+, Slc2a3+/- and Slc2a3-/- blastocyts in culture: Blastocyts of Slc2a3+/- intercrosses were flushed from the uteri at embryonic day 3.5 and cultured in vitro. Outgrowth of Slc2a3+/+, Slc2a3+/- and Slc2a3-/- blastocyts was documented after the indicated days in culture. Genotyping of blastocyts was performed by PCR as described in Material and Methods.
