Supplementary figure 2 -
The expressions of pnmt, dbh, and th of zebrafish in mRNA level.
The zebrafish pnmt, dbh, and th-specific primers amplified the PCR products from total RNA extracted from the 7dpf embryos. A negative PCR control did not contain cDNA template and did not generated any RT-PCR product.
